Create, calculate and share workbooks in Emnaro Sheets

Edit cells and formulas, fill ranges, freeze headings and choose who can open a workbook.

Install Sheets and create a workbook#

Choose a Personal or Corporate workspace and install Emnaro Sheets from its App Library. In Ecommerce management, use the Sheets panel on the Overview page to install or open the app in the current Corporate workspace.

Create a workbook and give it a clear name. Start each distinct subject on its own tab. A new workbook is private to its author.

Edit cells, fill a range and freeze headings#

Select Focus mode in the workbook header to give the grid more room while keeping the toolbar, formula bar and tabs in view. Select Exit focus mode to return to the workspace layout.

Select a cell to edit its value or formula. Select a rectangular range to copy or paste multiple cells together. Use the fill controls to extend a pattern or repeat a formula across the range.

Start formulas with an equals sign. For example, =SUM(B2:B12) adds the values in column B from row 2 through row 12. Review the calculated result and correct any invalid references before sharing the workbook.

Use the formatting toolbar to make headings and totals easier to read. Freeze the rows or columns you want to keep visible when scrolling.

Use File → Import CSV or TSV to bring a file into a new tab. Put one record on each row. A CSV separates columns with commas and a TSV uses tabs. If the first row contains headers, it becomes the first row in the new tab. File → Download current sheet as CSV saves the active tab’s calculated values.

Share with members or through a public link#

Open Share and select a current workspace member. Give them viewer access to read the workbook or editor access to change it. Revoke a grant when a staff, colleague or family member no longer needs it.

For a reader outside the workspace, create a public read-only link. Choose whether to use an unprotected link, a reusable password or a password that permits one successful unlock. Use an expiry when access is only needed for a limited time.

Send the link and password separately. A reader who has already received the data can retain a copy. Revoking access stops later requests.

Resolve a save conflict and review access#

Use Retry save if a save fails. If someone else has already saved a newer revision, copy the unsaved cells or download the current sheet as CSV, then choose Reload saved workbook.

Workbooks belong to the workspace shown in the app. When testing in Demo, use sample data and review the workspace expiry before giving anyone a link.

Keep the active workspace, actual business requirements and current setup summary in view. A guide explains a choice; it does not make that choice for you.
