Who counts as a user?
The workspace owner and each staff member count towards the user allowance. Pending invitations reserve a place until accepted, revoked or expired.
Can I connect my own domain?
Eligible packages support verified domains. The portal provides the ownership TXT challenge and routing instructions.
Are all business apps available now?
The app catalogue lists the released apps and their current scope. Each app has guided setup, its own user guide and a separate place in your package allowance. Roadmap items are not included until released.
Can I explore before subscribing?
The public demo provides a disposable evaluation workspace. The default session lasts 3 hours after verification, with the expiry shown in the workspace.
