Build a warehouse dashboard, review when the source was read and export the exact saved report scope.
Select the Inventory source#
Install and configure Inventory in the same corporate workspace, then enable Analytics & Dashboards. Workspace owners and administrators can open, prepare and export reports. Only owners can archive them.
Open Analytics and choose Inventory as the source. Give the report a name, select all warehouses or one exact warehouse, and select an inclusive UTC movement period of up to 366 days.
Read current stock separately from movement history#
Stocked and reserved lines count active item records with positive on-hand or reserved units. Low stock counts current active item records whose available quantity meets or falls below the configured reorder point.
Movement events are recorded Inventory movements in the selected dates. Incoming and outgoing event counts use the direction of the quantity change. They are event counts and can differ from total events when an event has zero quantity change.
Check the generated timestamp and the latest movement within the selected range. An inactive warehouse has historical movements and zero current stock indicators. If the workspace has more than 200 warehouses, choose a single warehouse.
Revise filters or retire an old report#
Save a new version to revise the scope or reconnect a changed Inventory installation. Review the new report before exporting it. Previous settings remain visible in the report history.
An owner can archive the dashboard. The configuration and export audit remain available for review.
Keep the active workspace, actual business requirements and current setup summary in view. A guide explains a choice; it does not make that choice for you.
