Getting started

Set up a company once, then choose its apps

Declare the shared legal and regional facts for a corporate workspace before installing apps.

Declare the shared legal and regional facts for a corporate workspace before installing apps.

Start with the correct profile#

Open the corporate profile for the company you want to manage. Its membership, package, records and app licences remain separate from your personal profile. A workspace owner or administrator completes shared business setup before adding a new corporate app. Existing app records are retained.

  1. Open Business setup from the company overview or app library.
  2. Enter the actual legal name, registered business address, business email and applicable registration number.
  3. Review the country explicitly selected for this corporate profile. Choose a business record currency and time zone.
  4. Declare actual tax registration, review the summary and confirm your authority to establish these facts.
  5. Choose apps within your package allowance. Complete each app’s workflow and permission choices.

Legal country, language and currency have different purposes#

Language controls the supported interface text and reading direction. A pricing currency controls offered subscription prices. The declared business country is a legal fact, and a business record currency controls relevant app defaults. A location estimate, browser language or changed pricing selection never rewrites that identity.

New app defaults inherit the shared business facts. An app already configured keeps its saved settings, and issued documents keep their snapshots. Existing books using a conflicting country or currency require review before shared setup can be confirmed.

ChoiceWhen it fitsWhat it changes
Business record currencyChoose the normal currency suggested to new business workflows.Does not convert existing books, issued documents or subscription invoices.
Tax registeredRecord the business’s declared VAT, GST or applicable consumption tax status.Requires the actual tax identifier. This declaration does not verify registration or connect a tax authority.

Review changes to established identity#

An established company identity is protected. Contact support for a reviewed statutory-country or accounting-identity migration. Correcting a new app’s workflow settings does not change old documents or relabel posted financial history.

A Saudi business registration is separate from ZATCA onboarding, XML validation, clearance/reporting and production acceptance. Do not treat completion of this wizard as evidence of statutory compliance.

Keep the active workspace, actual business requirements and current setup summary in view. A guide explains a choice; it does not make that choice for you.
