Organise applications, CV versions, interview preparation, follow-up dates and offer records.
Record an application and its next step#
Open Career & Job Search in your personal workspace. Add a role and company, then optionally record a listing reference, location and follow-up date. Active applications are ordered by their next follow-up date.
Update the stage as the search progresses. Search by role or company or use the stage filter. A saved entry or stage is a record you control. Submit applications and contact employers through the channels you choose separately.
Keep CV versions and prepare for interviews#
Add a dated activity to keep a version label, document reference or short CV excerpt with the application. Use Interview preparation for talking points and questions, or Private note to capture an outcome or follow-up. Keep large files in your own file storage.
To correct an activity, select it, give a reason and save the correction. The original remains in your private history. Enter a separate replacement when needed. Archive inactive applications and restore one to resume the search.
Review recorded offers#
Add an Offer details activity with the amount, three-letter currency and pay period. Notes can capture conditions or benefits for later review. The application list shows recent uncorrected offers from active applications.
Compare amounts with the same currency and pay period directly. The tracker keeps the terms you enter and leaves currency conversion and evaluation to you. Corporate accounts, employers and other workspace users cannot see your private records.
Keep the active workspace, actual business requirements and current setup summary in view. A guide explains a choice; it does not make that choice for you.
