Organise household contact pointers, meeting plans, document references and readiness checks.
Create a household plan and set a review date#
Open Emergency Readiness in your personal workspace. Give the plan a name and optionally enter the next date you want to review it.
Use generic household roles and agreed labels. Keep private addresses, contact numbers, medical details, identity numbers and document files in your existing secure records. Use local official sources for current emergency instructions.
Record and review the plan entries#
Use Contact pointer for the role of a person or service and a reference to where you keep contact details. Use Meeting plan for an agreed place label and a note about how your household recognises it. Use Document pointer to record where you keep a copy. Use Checklist for something to verify or prepare.
Mark an entry ready after reviewing it. Reopen it to check again, or exclude an incorrect entry with a reason and add a replacement. Recent corrections remain visible in the plan.
Download a reviewed offline copy#
Review the displayed entries and confirm the download. The JSON file contains the plan name, review date, and current entry titles, types, pointers and readiness states. Corrected entries stay out of the download.
Keep the downloaded copy in a place you can access offline and protect it as you would your private plan. Download a fresh copy after a change. Archive finished plans or restore them for another review.
Keep the active workspace, actual business requirements and current setup summary in view. A guide explains a choice; it does not make that choice for you.
