Organise home belongings by room, retain purchase references, and review upcoming warranty dates.
Create a private catalogue by room#
Install Home Belongings & Warranties in your personal workspace. Add a name, room and category. Open the saved record to add or check its serial, purchase date and where you keep the original receipt. The reference field is a note about the evidence location. Keep the original receipt separately.
A replacement estimate is optional. Enter the original currency and amount as one pair. Keep its source or date in the notes so you can assess it later. The catalogue records your estimate without converting amounts or calculating an insured value.
Review recorded warranty dates#
Enter the warranty end date and any policy or seller reference from your records. Due in 60 days includes today and the next 60 calendar days. Past dates shows earlier recorded dates. An item with no date stays in Active and does not enter either warranty view.
Use the actual agreement and contact the provider for coverage and service decisions. The recorded date is your own reference. The app does not verify coverage, notify providers, or file claims.
Correct, archive, and recover a belonging#
Search by item name, room or category. Open the matching record and save the corrected details. If another tab already changed it, reload the record and review the current version before retrying.
Archive an item you no longer need in the active catalogue. It stays available in Archived, where you can restore it. Only the verified personal workspace owner can open this catalogue. Family members, corporate staff and Master Admin do not receive access to its records.
Keep the active workspace, actual business requirements and current setup summary in view. A guide explains a choice; it does not make that choice for you.
