Set up a maintenance plan#
Open Home Maintenance in your personal workspace. Name the job, add the property or room and enter its next due date. Equipment and manual references are free-text notes. You can use the app by itself.
Choose zero months for a one-time job or set a repeat interval from one to 120 months. Active plans appear in due-date order. Use the schedule as a planning record and follow the current manufacturer or qualified provider instructions for the work.
Record a completed service#
Enter the actual completion date and optionally add the person or provider, notes and cost. A cost includes both the entered decimal amount and a three-letter currency code. The app keeps the original amount and does not calculate exchange rates.
Completing a one-time job archives it. A recurring plan advances from the completion date by its chosen number of calendar months. The app keeps a private record without booking a provider or sending a reminder.
Correct a service or restore a plan#
Use Undo latest service before another change is made to the plan. Enter the reason, then review the restored due date. The service remains in the history marked as corrected. Record the corrected service separately.
Archive a plan to move it out of the active schedule, or restore it and review the due date. Workspaces, family roles and corporate accounts do not share this private record.
