Write a course, publish a reviewed version, enroll verified staff and track completion.
Build a private course#
Install Learning & Courses in a corporate workspace. The workspace owner writes the course and chooses who can study it. Use materials the organization is authorized to share.
Add an objective and one to eight text lessons. For each scored check, enter two distinct choices, choose the correct answer and write feedback. Reading lessons use a completion button.
Publish and enroll staff#
Save a draft and review each lesson. Publish that version and choose a current verified staff member under Enrollments. The assignment appears in that person’s Learning app.
Existing learners keep their assigned version and progress when you publish a revision. Assign the new version separately when someone needs to study it.
Complete a lesson and check progress#
Open My learning, select an assigned course and finish its lessons in the order that works for you. Each scored check shows whether the submitted answer passed. After a pass, read the author’s feedback.
Course completion requires every reading confirmation and a passing answer for every scored lesson. Each check allows ten attempts. Ask the owner to review the material and enrollment history if you reach that limit.
Retire courses and review access#
Retire a course to stop new enrollments while current learners finish. Restore it to allow new enrollments again. To end one learner’s access, withdraw their enrollment. Previously recorded progress remains visible in the owner’s history.
Membership removal and role changes close existing access. After reinstalling Learning, review current staff and create fresh enrollments for any learners who should regain access. Completion is an internal training record.
Keep the active workspace, actual business requirements and current setup summary in view. A guide explains a choice; it does not make that choice for you.
