Publish clear reward terms, enroll exact members, review real POS discounts and points, and separate original returns from financial exceptions.

Reward the next real POS visit#

Loyalty & Rewards is for one merchant’s explicitly enrolled members and actual POS sales. It is separate from the Emnaro subscription package your organization buys. Start in the intended corporate workspace, review the existing POS identity and price basis, publish a clear programme and record actual enrollment before selecting that member at the till.

A point balance is an operational record. Points cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash or treated as a customer cash balance. Each published programme has distinct terms and accounts. This release does not earn through Ecommerce, import historical sales or automatically enroll a person from an invoice contact.

  1. Review the shared business, Invoicing and POS setup and reward policies.
  2. Prepare and separately publish the fixed reward and initial earning rule.
  3. Record an actual enrollment and open the exact programme account at zero.
  4. In your own POS shift, confirm one account and review the current server quote.
  5. Complete the actual sale, then use its original receipt and statement for any correction.

Review the existing business and selling prerequisites#

Loyalty is a corporate app requiring explicitly installed, configured and entitled POS and Invoicing. It uses the owner-reviewed country, currency and tax facts already established there. The setup displays those facts for comparison; it does not infer a new jurisdiction from location, language, email or currency. An app allowance or optional licence never installs prerequisites silently.

Cashiers also need current POS authority, an assigned active register and their own open shift. A Loyalty operator grant does not create a POS grant or allow the operator to use another person’s shift. If Loyalty is unavailable, ordinary POS can continue under its existing permissions without selecting rewards. Accounting is optional and retains its own real supported source/posting limits.

Review reward access, identity and actual obligations#

An owner or administrator decides whether operational staff may use explicit Loyalty grants and whether enrollment may additionally select an exact CRM contact. The three owner reviews cover privacy, actual local programme obligations and the invoice price basis. They are decisions to review the actual business, not statutory approval or an inferred marketing opt-in.

Optional CRM enrollment requires separately configured and entitled CRM. Keep CRM installed while that future-enrollment option is enabled. Turn the option off deliberately before removing CRM; previously recorded enrollment snapshots remain retained and role protected. Saving setup never changes the terms or point balances of an existing published programme.

Compare the choices: Review reward access, identity and actual obligations
ChoiceWhen it fitsWhat it changes
Owner and administrator operationLimit new reward work to the current business managers.Explicit staff grants do not widen the configured operating ceiling.
Explicit staff operationPermit named current staff within the app and POS ceilings.A staff member still needs a deliberate operator or viewer grant, current permissions and the right shift.
Optional exact CRM identityCompare an existing contact during actual enrollment.A selected current identity hash is reviewed; similar contact details never merge people.

Give each person deliberate operational access#

Current owners and administrators review setup, programmes, enrollment, suspension, grants and private enrollment evidence. A named operator can read authorized operational records and use rewards at a currently authorized POS till. A named viewer reads operational members, accounts and statements without spending, earning or private enrollment evidence. A workspace viewer cannot be promoted to operator through the reward form.

Select the stable staff reference as well as the name and current workspace role, especially when names repeat. A reward grant does not grant access to private enrollment evidence or financial source corrections. Offboarding deletes the explicit grant; rejoining never revives it. Selected workspace, membership, app entitlement, paid write allowance and demo expiry are rechecked before every mutation and exact retry.

Separate fixed rewards from prospective earning#

Prepare a programme name and clear public terms. Choose the whole point block required for one reward, its nominal item-price reduction, minimum eligible price total, maximum reward price reduction per sale and the eligible products. At most five retained programme definitions are supported. A published reward is non-expiring, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Publishing freezes redemption economics: original country/currency, tax scope, item-price basis, block size, price reduction, eligibility and cap. To change these reward economics, create a distinct programme and a distinct zero-balance account. Balances are never merged, transferred or converted. An unpublished draft may still be edited and separately reviewed.

Publish only the exact reviewed terms#

Saving a draft does not make it available at the till. The owner publication page shows the retained reward, the exact pending earning rule and whether today’s POS business/currency/tax scope still matches the original source. Compare these facts and the public terms before confirming publication. A changed source or version invalidates the old approval.

A prospective earning draft does not replace the currently published rule until separate review and publication. Old receipts keep their original rule, spent points, earned points, prices and balance after sale. Publishing is a business configuration decision, not permission to charge or message a customer.

Choose exact product scopes and sale caps#

Earning and reward eligibility are separate choices. All-products mode means the current eligible POS products under the actual programme and sale controls. Selected-products mode requires an exact list of current products, up to 100 identities for each scope. Search by name or SKU, compare the stable identity, and deliberately remove a product when changing an editable draft.

The server checks current prices, tax, quantities, linked minimum purchase quantities, stock and the available eligible price after any manager discount. Requested points must be affordable whole blocks and fit the published minimum/cap and actual cart. They are never silently reduced. If the reward cannot fit or would make the sale payable zero, revise the deliberate choice or sell without rewards.

Compare the choices: Choose exact product scopes and sale caps
ChoiceWhen it fitsWhat it changes
All current eligible productsKeep a simple programme-wide scope.A current actual cart is still checked; unavailable or invalid sources never become sellable.
Exact product listRestrict earning or reward use to reviewed products.Retain the selected IDs; a similar SKU or product name never substitutes another identity.

Calculate whole points from final eligible invoice NET#

The published earning rule states the original currency amount of eligible final invoice NET required for one point and the maximum new points per sale. NET is measured after manager and Loyalty discounts, excluding tax. Whole points are rounded down once from that eligible NET. A new sale’s earning cannot fund redemption on the same sale.

An owner may prepare and publish a prospective earning rule or pause/resume earning. Pausing earning means future sales earn zero; it does not cancel existing redemption terms. Historic points are never rerated. New-sale admission is bounded at 999,999,999,999 points, with original lifetime earning capped at 9,000,000,000,000,000. A limit failure requires review rather than silently dropping points.

Compare price reduction, NET discount and payable reduction#

A reward is defined as a reduction of eligible POS item prices after the reviewed manual price discount. That nominal price reduction is not a guaranteed cash exchange value per point. Canonical invoice calculations determine the actual NET discount, tax and payable reduction. Always compare the server review before recording payment.

For an item price of 11.00 including 10% tax, a 1.10 reward price reduction produces payable 9.90, tax 0.90 and NET 9.00; the NET discount is 1.00. For item price 11.00 with 10% tax added, the same nominal 1.10 reward produces payable 10.89 and tax 0.99; actual payable reduction is 1.21. These illustrate the supported calculation, not universal tax treatment for every reward scheme.

The owner must review whether this price-basis treatment fits the actual offer and country. Existing local cash-denomination controls remain authoritative. An unrepresentable cash payable is rejected; the app does not round tax or pretend that underpayment settles the invoice.

Record the person’s actual enrollment#

Choose the exact published first programme, enter a useful member display name, and retain an actual outside reference and private evidence of enrollment. Review the person and privacy facts explicitly. This creates a stable member reference and one zero-balance programme account. No arbitrary opening points or adjustment is available.

If CRM enrollment is enabled, compare the exact independently selected current contact, including address and stable reference. The actual contact snapshot may contain text or a structured address; compare the displayed facts rather than assuming a format. Name, email, phone, shared company domain or contact equality never proves two members are the same person. A POS buyer contact remains separate from reward membership.

Enrollment does not verify an email, send a message, associate a payment card or opt anyone into marketing. Keep evidence proportionate to the actual purpose and applicable privacy obligations. Only current owners and administrators see that private evidence; operational users receive the display name and stable member reference.

Preserve actual reported time and recording time#

When no earlier time is reported, the server records actual now using the programme’s original POS timezone and retains a separate UTC recording time. For an earlier actual enrollment, enter the local wall clock and resolve it through the server’s frozen timezone. Choose the explicit offset when a clock repeats; a nonexistent daylight-saving gap is rejected.

The retained occurrence includes local time, IANA timezone, original numeric offset and UTC instant. Recording time is separately visible. A reported enrollment time does not backdate an invoice, payment, stock movement or points earning. Changing a later company default does not reinterpret the original reported tuple.

Open distinct zero-balance programme accounts#

A member may have at most one account for each programme and at most five distinct programme accounts. An owner may deliberately open another published programme account, starting at zero. No point merge, transfer, currency conversion or historical-sale claim is offered.

Suspending a member blocks new earning and redemption and preserves existing balances, statements and source corrections. Restoring availability is a separate current owner decision. A negative balance after a truthful source correction is retained as points, not customer cash debt.

Review one confirmed account at your own till#

In your own authorized open POS shift, add the actual items and any permitted manager price discount. Enable optional rewards, search the bounded account list and compare member reference, programme and current points. Confirm the exact person/account independently of the invoice buyer. Select zero points for earning only or affordable whole reward blocks for spending.

Review the current server quote. It shows reward item-price reduction, canonical NET discount, actual payable reduction, final tax/payable, points to spend and earn, and expected balance after the sale. The quote reserves no points. The final transaction rechecks the current account, programme, rule, products, stock and money facts.

Complete the actual supported POS payment flow only after confirming the full payment on your separate terminal/bank account or counted cash. No integrated card charge or off-session collection is performed. Canonical invoice, original manual receipt, stock/cash effects and points must all complete together. Spending is recorded before new earning. Any failure rolls the transaction back.

Read captured reward facts on the original receipt#

An authorized original POS receipt shows the captured programme name, stable member reference, original spent/earned points, reward price reduction, actual payable reduction and balance immediately after that sale. It never substitutes today’s balance or exposes private enrollment evidence. A reprint is a historical receipt, not a fresh account inquiry.

A lost successful response may be retried with the exact original command and UUID by the same currently authorized cashier. The server recovers that completed receipt without a second sale, even if the original shift later closed or the quote expired. Do not change the selected member, cart, payment or UUID while an outcome is uncertain; open Sales separately to compare.

Understand signed movements and negative balances#

The account statement separates original spend, original earn, clawback of original earn and restoration of original spend. Each movement records the exact signed points, before/after balances, account version, actor and server UTC recording time. An account that has never traded has zero balance and no fabricated opening movement.

An original return may make a balance negative if earlier earned points were already spent on a later sale. This does not prevent recording a truthful complete original return. New spending is blocked while negative, but actual new-source earning may restore the balance. Lifetime original earning is monotonic; corrections do not pretend that the historical earning never occurred.

Use a complete original POS return when supported#

For an unchanged supported positive original POS sale, use the existing full return form, actual outside full-refund reference and explicit confirmation. Restoring saleable stock is a separate deliberate choice supported only by the original source and cost facts. This records an outside refund; it never sends or verifies a provider refund.

The correction first claws back exactly the points originally earned, then restores exactly the points originally spent. Each correction binds the original immutable movement once. A zero original point effect creates no fictitious movement or account-version change. The original receipt and point history remain retained.

An independently changed source or a partial financial remedy is not an automatic complete POS return. Use owner financial exception review. Never claim that a point adjustment proves a cash refund or that a credit alone proves the merchant returned money.

Separate financial disqualification from the price benefit#

For a mistaken or changed financial source, a current owner with current Invoicing authority reviews the exact original invoice, payment/credit facts and account. Disqualifying original earning claws back original earned points once. It deliberately keeps the originally spent points used because the original price benefit was given.

The owner acknowledges possible financial effects, actual evidence and reference. This releases only the financial correction fence to the supported canonical Invoicing owner workflow. It does not erase body/stock ownership, create a refund, permit a fresh hosted payment or fabricate a POS return. Current authoring and exact retry permissions still apply.

If money needs correction, perform the supported canonical action deliberately and retain its actual evidence. Original manual receipts, credits and manual-receipt reversals are supported here; there is no new partial provider-refund adapter. An unknown provider outcome or unsupported financial provenance remains needs review.

Resolve original spending only after a known full money remedy#

After financial disqualification, a separate owner decision may record that the original price benefit was cancelled. Exact originally spent points may then be restored once, without re-earning original earning or creating stock, cash or a POS return. This is included retained correction work, not a new opening adjustment.

The proof must retain the exact original invoice body, legal identities and currency; issued complete credits must match the original gross/tax and canonical credit counter; the known signed payment ledger must match paid zero; and there must be no pending or unknown collection. The bounded proof supports at most 500 original payment and 500 credit facts.

Incomplete history, unknown outcomes, unsupported provenance or a partial remedy remains needs review. Review the actual server verdict and source rows; do not infer complete refund from a reference or screenshot. Benefit cancellation needs its own explicit decision, private evidence and current Invoicing writing allowance.

Keep recovery visible after disabling Loyalty#

The corporate owner recovery link remains visible in the app library, including on mobile, at /loyalty-recovery. It provides bounded retained original sale references and exact original point effects even after Loyalty is disabled or its authoring entitlement is unavailable. It cannot create a programme, enroll someone or trade rewards.

Financial source review and corrections separately require current Invoicing authority, configuration, entitlement and paid writing allowance. A read-only owner may inspect permitted evidence without being offered a writable correction. Reinstalling an app or enabling a setting never revives a removed staff grant or replays an old decision.

Forms retain entered values on validation and return to their own internal form, independently of another tab’s previous page. A changed version or review hash cannot silently rebase your approval. Compare the current record in a new tab, then deliberately reload/review before confirming changed facts. Exact retries retain the same command and UUID; a different command needs a new operation.

Retain actor and source history without disclosing private evidence#

Programme, member and account history records the actual actor and server recording time. Private audiences are excluded before operational counts and pagination. Operational history is not a second copy of enrollment evidence or raw invoice/provider payloads.

Full original source reads additionally require current POS read scope and the original cashier/current manager ceiling. A safe points statement does not by itself permit viewing every sale or another cashier’s receipt. Private financial exception evidence is separately owner scoped.

Export bounded operational accounts, not invented ledger imports#

The account list supports a CSV export of the same authorized filter, up to 500 rows. It includes programme/member references, names/status and exact balance/lifetime original earning. It excludes enrollment identity/evidence and original sale money. Narrow the search if the bound is exceeded; export is not a bulk point mutation.

Open the account statement, apply any movement filter and navigate to the page you want. Select Print this statement page, choose Document design and select Print or save PDF. Classic is the default and 15 alternative layouts are available. The selected page, filter, original points movements and current balance retain the same meaning in every design.

Print shows the explicitly selected statement page/filter and its source/account references. Review all pages if the statement spans several pages. The shared data tools must not fabricate points, fiscal documents, payment receipts, original stock or provider outcomes. This release uses explicit enrollment and actual source services; no points-ledger or historical-sale import is offered.

Review actual privacy purposes and evidence#

Use only the identity/evidence necessary for the actual programme and restrict access deliberately. Enrollment privacy review is not unrelated marketing consent, verified email or permission to sell/share data. No messaging, card profiling or external loyalty partner is enabled.

Country, residence, business location and applicable state/provincial/free-zone obligations may differ. Suspension is not a data-subject erasure process. Retained source and financial evidence may have independent obligations; review actual retention/access requests with the relevant responsible person before any authorized data-handling decision.

Review the actual scheme, tax and Accounting boundaries#

Existing POS country, legal identity, receipt, tax presentation and cash-denomination controls continue to apply. They do not certify the actual reward scheme, privacy legal basis, permitted goods or a fiscal register. Australian, UK/EU, Canadian provincial, US state, Saudi, UAE and other local rules can depend on the actual business and programme facts.

Canonical invoice discount Accounting uses its configured supported source postings. It does not automatically allocate revenue to a reward material right, recognize a points liability, calculate deferred revenue or breakage, or establish IFRS 15 treatment. The merchant must review whether separate tax/accounting treatment is needed. A configured currency or owner checkbox is not a compliance certificate.

No government filing, production ZATCA approval, stored-value authorization, gift card, e-wallet, cash point sale or universal reward-tax claim is included. Review the actual programme with the appropriate responsible adviser/authority. Demo records remain isolated and expire; synthetic evidence never proves production financial or statutory outcomes.

Keep the active workspace, actual business requirements and current setup summary in view. A guide explains a choice; it does not make that choice for you.
