Choose which provider inbox shortcuts staff can open from the corporate workspace.
Choose the shortcuts your team needs#
The board stores the provider shortcuts selected by your workspace manager. Account access, messages and replies stay on each provider’s website.
- Install Social Inboxes from Apps in your corporate workspace.
- Select the providers you use and click Save shortcuts. Staff with access to the workspace can open the selected shortcuts.
- Choose Setup to change the list. Demo workspaces can preview it.
Open an inbox#
Your browser opens the official provider site in a separate tab. Sign in using that provider’s own controls if prompted and confirm the correct account before replying.
- Choose Open Meta Business Suite, Open WhatsApp Web, Open X Direct Messages, or Open TikTok Messages.
- If the provider asks you to choose a page or account, select the business identity you are authorised to use.
Receive WhatsApp Cloud API text in Emnaro#
A customer workspace owner or administrator can connect one WhatsApp Business Account and Phone Number ID. The inbox retains the latest 500 accepted text messages and sender numbers. Owners and administrators can read them. Disconnect and clear removes the connection and retained messages.
- Open Social Inboxes and choose Manage WhatsApp Cloud API inbox. Enter the IDs and app secret from your authorised Meta developer app. Create a unique verification token and save the connection.
- In Meta, paste the displayed callback URL and the same verification token. Subscribe to the messages field for the business account.
- Reload the Emnaro inbox after Meta accepts the webhook challenge. New signed text messages for the configured number will appear here. Use your authorised provider tool to send replies.
