Set a due date and recurring schedule#

In your personal workspace, open Personal Bills & Subscriptions and use Add a recurring bill. Choose a Billing country reference to suggest a currency and time zone. Confirm the provider’s actual billing settings in the editable fields. A reference country does not change your workspace or earlier bills.

For an unlisted country, choose Other country or choose manually. The form starts with USD and UTC. If a selected market currency is unavailable, choose a supported currency and confirm its amount before saving.

Enter the first due date and the expected amount in the selected currency. For example, enter 29.99 for AUD 29.99 in English. Use the decimal separator shown in the example and omit thousands separators. Select Add bill after reviewing the choices. Each bill keeps its own currency and time zone, and amounts stay separate by currency.

Choose weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual recurrence. A bill anchored on the 31st falls on the last valid day of a shorter month, then returns to the 31st in a longer month. The desk shows upcoming and overdue dates in the bill’s time zone.

Record what happened on the due cycle#

Record a payment only after it occurs. Use the actual date, amount and a short reference to the existing evidence. The history retains the expected and actual amounts, and the next due cycle becomes current. Skip a cycle with a reason when the provider confirms it was not needed.

Reopen the most recent unchanged cycle if you recorded it incorrectly. The history keeps the original result and correction. Avoid storing bank credentials or complete card numbers in a reference.

Pause, resume or archive#

Pause when you want to stop active due tracking. Resume from the retained cycle. Update future expected costs without changing previous payment records. Archive when tracking ends. A subscription cancellation still takes place with the provider.

The app tracks your manually recorded obligations and evidence. Make payments through your usual bank or provider. The register is private to the personal owner.

Keep the active workspace, actual business requirements and current setup summary in view. A guide explains a choice; it does not make that choice for you.
