Track vehicle dates, readings and costs privately

Build a private vehicle record and track service, fuel, charging and operating costs.

Set up a vehicle and its due dates#

Open Personal Vehicles in your personal workspace. Choose a vehicle name and type. If useful, add a plate or personal reference and the registration jurisdiction written on your documents. Choose kilometres or miles to match the odometer. The unit stays fixed after recording an odometer reading.

Enter registration, insurance and service dates from your own records. You can leave any date blank. The garage shows the earliest recorded date and flags past dates on the vehicle page. Consult the relevant authority or insurer for current registration, renewal and coverage status.

Record readings, fills, charging and service#

Choose an activity and enter its actual date. Use the vehicle’s odometer unit, and record litres, US gallons or imperial gallons for a fuel fill or kilowatt-hours for charging. Enter the price and three-letter currency together if recording a cost.

Use the provider or reference field to record a receipt, invoice or work order reference, and add a note about the work. Update the next service date when you have a new date. Entries are manual and stay in this workspace.

Review costs and correct history#

Cost totals are grouped by the entered currency and exclude corrected entries. Use Correct this activity to provide a reason and exclude an incorrect entry from totals and odometer checks. The original remains visible. Then log the corrected details separately.

Archive a vehicle to keep its history without accepting further activity, or restore it to resume tracking. Access belongs to the verified owner of this personal workspace. The app does not send reminders, renew registration or confirm insurance coverage.

Keep the active workspace, actual business requirements and current setup summary in view. A guide explains a choice; it does not make that choice for you.
