Write personal reflections, choose optional prompts and mood words, and control what you keep or download.
Write a private reflection#
Install Private Wellbeing Journal from the app library of your own personal workspace. Choose the date you want the entry filed under, then write your reflection. Give it an optional title or describe your mood in your own words. Reflection prompts are optional and the same for everyone.
Entries are listed newest date first. Open one to review it or to save an edited version. Journal content is encrypted in storage and available through your signed-in personal owner account. Family members and corporate colleagues have no journal access.
Archive, restore or delete an entry#
Archive an entry to move it off the main list. Open Archive to review it, restore it to the main list, or confirm deletion. A deleted entry can no longer be opened or recovered in the app. Existing encrypted recovery backups follow Emnaro’s backup retention.
If the app asks you to reload, review the current version before resubmitting. This prevents an older browser tab from overwriting a change.
Download a selected entry#
Open the exact entry, review which fields will be included, and confirm the download. The app downloads one JSON file with that entry’s date, title, reflection, mood and prompt key. The file contains readable text. Store or delete the copy on your device as needed.
In Demo, use a fictional entry. Demo has separate temporary accounts and data. The app offers reflection prompts and storage, with no automatic analysis of what you write.
Keep the active workspace, actual business requirements and current setup summary in view. A guide explains a choice; it does not make that choice for you.
