Choose a mailbox offer and a verified company domain, then follow the request in Business Email.
Request a mailbox#
A corporate workspace owner or administrator can request one address at a time on a company domain with recent ownership verification. A pending request retains the exact monthly USD price shown when it was submitted.
A request enters a review queue. Billing, account activation, webmail and MX changes require a separate workflow.
- Open Domains and verify ownership of your company domain with the displayed DNS TXT record.
- Open the Corporate app library and enable Business Email. Click Complete Business Email setup.
- Enter a mailbox name, select the verified domain and review the monthly offer price.
- Click Submit mailbox request. Check Mailbox requests for the review status and any customer-facing note.
Configure vendor offers in platform administration#
Business Email has separate vendor settings for Titan, OpenSRS and Zoho Mail. OpenSRS and Zoho requests are reviewed manually. Saving a credential records it for a future connector.
Titan uses an existing order ID and the region on your Titan partner account. Its connection check confirms read access to that order. Order creation and mailbox provisioning are separate provider operations.

- From the master administration menu, open Business Email.
- Choose the vendor, enter its account reference and credential, and set the USD price per mailbox per month.
- For Titan, save the settings and click Check saved Titan connection. Then publish the offer from the vendor card.
- Open Mailbox review queue. Select a review result and enter a customer-facing note, then click Record review.
Try a sample mailbox request#
An isolated Demo workspace has a fictional domain and sample USD offer. Demo mailbox requests are stored only in that disposable workspace.
Keep the active workspace, actual business requirements and current setup summary in view. A guide explains a choice; it does not make that choice for you.
