Track dated values and review recorded net positions separately by currency.
Add an asset or liability#
Open Wealth & Asset Tracker in your personal workspace. Name the position, choose whether it is an asset or liability, and enter the original currency and your own category. Each position keeps its original currency and type.
Use a descriptive name and keep account credentials or identifiers in your existing secure records.
Keep a dated valuation history#
Enter the date, amount and source or estimate basis. The tracker uses the most recent valuation date, with the last saved value taking precedence when dates match. For example, you can record a balance from a statement or a dated estimate you obtained.
To fix an amount, select its valuation, give a correction reason and add a replacement. Corrected values stay visible in history and are excluded from current totals. Archive positions to remove them from the totals, or restore them later.
Review totals by currency#
For each currency, the tracker subtracts the recorded liabilities from the recorded assets. Review the count of positions awaiting a valuation. A missing value remains missing.
The tracker uses the values you enter. It keeps currencies separate and leaves market valuation, exchange conversion and financial decisions to you.
Keep the active workspace, actual business requirements and current setup summary in view. A guide explains a choice; it does not make that choice for you.
