Record the agreement and its responsible owner#

Install Contracts in the corporate workspace. As the workspace owner, record the other party, a reference, the key terms and the dates. Assign the current verified workspace member who should maintain the record.

When the record needs a private original, copy the document ID, version and SHA-256 from Document Management. Confirm that the person linking it has access to that exact version.

Review the current version#

Open the draft and compare its party, terms, dates and exact PDF reference with your approved source. Record a review reference so the team can trace the decision.

Save revised terms as a new draft. The previous versions and their reviews remain visible to the current authorized record owner and workspace owner.

Plan renewal and notice work#

Enter the renewal date and the number of notice days from your agreement. Review the calculated notice date in the register and arrange any notice through your normal process.

Check which renewal dates need attention before closing the record.

Record and complete obligations#

Add a due date and description against the current reviewed version. When the obligation is fulfilled, record the evidence reference against that specific item.

Review and complete any open obligations before closing the contract. Closed records preserve the version history for later reference.

Keep the active workspace, actual business requirements and current setup summary in view. A guide explains a choice; it does not make that choice for you.
