Organize purchases by store and aisle, check them off and reset a list for a later trip.
Set up a private list#
Open Shopping Lists in your personal workspace and create a list for a trip or store. Give it a name and optionally record the store. The owner manages the list and its activity.
Add an item with a positive quantity, such as 1.5 kg of apples. Optional aisle and price notes help you plan. The list groups open and checked items and sorts by aisle and name within each group.
Find and check off items#
Search item names, units or aisles. Check an item when you pick it up and uncheck it if that changes. Check marks and price notes are planning records. Record stock or payments in their own apps.
Edit the item when quantity or instructions change. If two tabs change the same list, reload the current revision before trying again.
Reuse or archive a list#
Reset the checks after the trip to keep the current items ready for next time. Removed items stay out of the current list. Activity retains the recent revisions.
Archive a list when you no longer need it in your active trips. Restore it from the archived list to continue shopping.
